Role: Customer Service Associate
Job Type: full-time/part-time
Location: Work from home in (Tamil Nadu), India
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written & oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am & 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend & overtime as required)
- You'll need a quiet, distraction free work space (dedicated office space with a desk & chair)
- From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).

- This role involves working variable hours to meet customer demands, including overnight, day, or late shifts. The workweek is a minimum of 40 hours, with shift patterns such as:
4x10 hours or 5x8 hours Operating hours are from 6 am to 11 pm, Sunday to Monday. You may be required to work on national holidays. Your exact schedule will be provided closer to your start date.

You will use a variety of tools to research, navigate, and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
