Vacancies:

1. Motor Claims Handler (International Voice Process)

Skills Required:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in motor claims handling

Educational Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical/Automobile (mandatory)

Job Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with experience in motor claims handling (Domestic/International)
• Excellent command over English (comprehension and conversation)
• Ability to provide advice to customers on motor claims processing
• Manage a claims portfolio and handle all claims within appropriate service levels and compliant manner
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Job Location: Allianz Services, Trivandrum

2. Associate Claims - Contact Centre (International Voice Process)

Skills Required:

• Excellent command over English (comprehension and conversation)

Educational Qualification: Any graduation (mandatory)

Job Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience with Excellent command over English (comprehension and conversation)
• Prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
