Alika is hiring Store Manager

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/Month

Work Mode: On-site

Working Time:

• 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless end-to-end communication across customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of all customer orders.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team on campaigns, content shoots, and product launches.
• Coordinate across departments, including production, packaging, dispatch, and customer support.
• Report directly to management with regular updates on store operations and order status.
• Maintain accurate store and inventory records and adhere to strict operational discipline.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of Experience in Retail, Fashion, or a Related Operations Role
• Fluent in Spoken and Written English
• Spoken Hindi is a must
• Strong Coordination and Follow-Up Skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram

Location: Mudavanmukal, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram
