Job Description:

Algomox is hiring Graphic Designer and Frontend Developer.

Requirements:
1. Education: BTech/MTech in Computer Science or related field from the 2023 batch with a minimum of 70% aggregate marks. Backlogs are not a deterrent.

2. Graphic Design Skills: The candidate should have a solid foundation in graphic design principles and techniques. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Figma is essential. The ability to create visually appealing designs, including logos, icons, banners, and illustrations, is required.

3. Front-end Development Skills: Strong expertise in front-end development is necessary, particularly in Angular and Bootstrap frameworks. The candidate should have hands-on experience developing responsive and interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.

4. UX/UI: A good understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is crucial. The candidate should be able to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Familiarity with UX/UI design tools, prototyping, and wireframing is advantageous.
 

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Design visually appealing and cohesive graphics that align with brand guidelines and project goals, including logos, icons, banners, and illustrations.
3. Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and Bootstrap.
4. Ensure that designs and web interfaces are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility across various devices and browsers.
5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and iterate on user feedback.
6. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the user experience and make necessary design modifications.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best graphic design and front-end development practices.
8. Collaborate with the development team to integrate designs seamlessly into the final product, ensuring consistency and adherence to design specifications.
9. Assist in maintaining and updating existing web interfaces, addressing design or front-end development issues as required.
10. Contribute to the overall improvement of the design and development processes by providing insights, suggestions, and innovative ideas.
