Note: The number of vacancies is tentative and may increase or decrease at the sole discretion of AAI.

Educational Qualification for the AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025:

1. Junior Executive (Architecture)

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registered with Council of Architecture.
• GATE Paper: Architecture and Planning (AR)
• Valid GATE Year: 2023 or 2024 or 2025

2. Junior Executive (Engineering‐Civil)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil.
• GATE Paper: Civil Engineering (CE)
• Valid GATE Year: 2023 or 2024 or 2025

3. Junior Executive (Engineering‐Electrical)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical.
• GATE Paper: Electrical Engineering (EE)
• Valid GATE Year: 2023 or 2024 or 2025

4. Junior Executive (Electronics)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electronics/Telecommunications/Electrical with specialization in Electronics.
• GATE Paper: Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC)
• Valid GATE Year: 2023 or 2024 or 2025

5. Junior Executive (Information Technology)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technical in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics OR Masters in Computer Application (MCA).
• GATE Paper: Computer Science and Information Technology (CS)
• Valid GATE Year: 2023 or 2024 or 2025

Percentage of Marks: Pass marks or equivalent for Bachelor’s Degree and also for P.G. Degree/Diploma.

Experience: No experience is essential to apply for the above posts.

Age Limit For AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025

• Maximum Age: 27 years as on 27.09.2025 (Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories as per rules.)

Remuneration Details:

• Pay Scale (IDA): Junior Executive [Group‐B: E‐1 level]: Rs. 40000‐3%‐140000

• Emoluments: In addition to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, and other benefits including CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, etc. are admissible as per AAI rules.

• CTC: Around Rs. 13 lakhs per annum (approx).

• Pay Protection: Provided to eligible candidates joining from CPSEs/State PSUs/Government Department as per DPE Guidelines.

Service Conditions:

• The service conditions will be applicable as per the prevalent rules and regulations of AAI.
• Selected candidates are liable to be posted or transferred anywhere in India.
