Location: Infopark, Kochi

Experience: Freshers or Experienced candidates with 0-1 year can apply

Skills: Communication, Customer Support, English Fluency

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Salary: ₹17,000 In-hand and ₹25,000 CTC

Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer Queries through Voice Support
• Provide Solutions and Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Maintain Professional Communication with Customers

Eligibility criteria:

• Excellent English Fluency
• Willingness to Work Night Shifts
