Advenxa is hiring Customer Support Associate

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Experience: 1 to 5 Years in BPO/Customer Support Voice Process (Mandatory)

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Shift Details:

• Female Candidates: Day Shift
• Male Candidates: Noon Shift/Evening Shift

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately through phone.
• Understand customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their technical issues.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to service.

Skills:

• Excellent fluency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements: Candidate Should have excellent fluency in English.

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
