Advenxa is hiring Branch Support Executive - Operations and Sales

Locations: Thrissur - Wadakkanchery, Round South, Mala, Chalakkudy (2), Aluva

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales and marketing within the banking sector.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure KYC compliance as per government and SEBI guidelines; conduct periodic audits.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement required changes.
• Support management in setting targets and analyzing performance.
• Participate in sales activities and provide sales team support.
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining branch processes.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
• Prepare and submit regular compliance, sales, and performance reports with insights.

Skills:

• Knowledge of KYC regulations, government rules, and SEBI compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
