AAICLAS has Released a Notification For 227 Vacancies For the Post of Security Screener (Freshers)

Note:

• The above place of posting can be changed to any other location with in India due to operational or administrative requirements at the sole discretion of AAICLAS Management, which shall be binding.
• Indicated number of vacancies are tentative and can be increase or decrease as per the operational requirement.

The eligibility criteria for the above post as on 01.06.2025 shall be as follows:

• Essential Qualification: Graduation from any recognized Board/University/Institution, with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.

• Language Proficiency: Ability to read/speak English, Hindi and/or conversant with local language.

• Age Limit: Age as on 01.06.2025 should not be more than 27 years (Relaxation of upper age limit for reserved categories)

Job Responsibilities:

• The selected candidates will carry out Screening of Cargo & In-line Hold Baggage of technical or other means which are included to identify and/or carryout other Security functions at Airport & Cargo Complexes.

Pay and Allowances:

The selected candidates will be offered the post of Security Screener (Fresher) initially. After successful completion of required trainings, the post will be changed to Security Screener (Certified) and the remuneration for the new Position will be as consolidated pay as follows:

• First Year: 30,000/- Fixed Per Month

• Second Year: 32,000/- Fixed Per Month

• Third Year: 34,000/- Fixed Per Month

In addition to above:

• The TA/DA/Lodging & Boarding (if be deputed on tour) shall be equivalent to three tier AC rail fare.
• Leaves: Privilege Leave - 18 in a year + 12 Half Pay Leave (sick leave) + 9 CL + 2 RH

Mandatory Training:

• Selected candidates will undergo AVSEC Induction, OJT, AVSEC BASIC Course, Screener’s pre-certification course, and BCAS Testing & Certification.
• AAICLAS will bear expenses for the first attempt, including TA/DA.
• Maximum of two attempts allowed to qualify.
• Failure in the first attempt reduces the stipend to Rs. 10,000/- per month.
• All costs for the second attempt, including TA/DA and accommodation, must be borne by the candidate.
• Failure in the second attempt will result in termination of the fixed-term contract.

Surety Bond:

• Candidates must submit a notarized surety bond of Rs. 1,50,000/- on Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper.

• If the candidate leaves before completing 3 years post-training, they must refund Rs. 1,50,000/- to AAICLAS.
