Aabasoft is hiring Malayalam Telecallers

Number of Vacancies: 30 (Urgent Openings)

Work Hours: 9-hour shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Evening)

Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass

Age: 18 to 35 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Strict adherence to time and duty schedules
• Follow company policies
• Provide information about products and services
• Take orders, complete documentation, and activations as per process requirements
• Handle returns or complaints of corresponding customers
• Record customer details as advised by the supervisor
• Answer calls and tag call records for necessary actions based on process type
• Handle calls within the prescribed agreement as per TL updates
• Meet daily target requirements
• Maintain quality on calls
• Uphold professionalism and proper conduct while using company resources

Salary: ₹10,000 (Cash-in-Hand)
