Voice Process(Telecalling)

> Excellent communication skills in malayalam

> Excellent convincing skill > Basic technical knowledge (Mandatory)

ROLE :

> ISP trouble shooting inquiries

> Identifies and handle customer

> Resolves customer queries

> Provides assistance in handling customers technical and non technical requirements

SHIFT TIME :

8 AM to 5 PM/9 AM to 6 PM/ 12 PM to 9 PM/ 1 PM to 10 PM/ 3 PM to 12 AM
