Job Positions:
1. Front Office Executive/Administrator
The Front Office/Administrator is responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth operations in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
Education: 12th/Diploma
2. Digital Marketing Internship (Non-Paid)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee a social media strategy.
- Manage and maintain the organization's website(s).
- Learning about keyword research which is the most important aspect of marketing.
- Learning about YouTube marketing & SEO.
- Generating and converting leads.
- Digital Marketing Reports Generation for Clients.
- Keep up to date & identify new trends in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Certification in digital marketing from a reputed training institute.
- Basic knowledge with a willingness to listen & learn SEO, SMO, Facebook ads, and Instagram ads.
- A good command over the English language.

3. Internship - HR (Non-Paid)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor office operations.
- Employee Engagement.
- Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process & Onboarding.

- Meeting arrangements as required.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Requirements:

4. Project Coordinator - IT & Infrastructure Services
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking external & internal ELV projects (CCTV, ACS, Networking, Structured Cabling) from initiation through completion.
- Develop and update project plans, including project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and schedules.
- Assist in resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
- Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
- Preparation of invoices and managing day-to-day transactions.
- Conducting project reviews and status update meetings.
- Manage multiple projects/assignments, manage teams specialized in different trades.
- Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.
- Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Up to date documentation, follow implementation methodology, quality delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise between internal departments, manage project inflow/outflows, coordinating with accounts/finance for invoicing and collections.
- Act as a subject matter expert, sound technical knowledge, people management, excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure project management.

5. Lead Generation - Inside Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling communication with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
- Generate Leads, Cold calling and support the Marketing team.
- Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering calls, processing mail, etc.
- Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- Managing office stock, preparing regular reports, and organizing company records.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
- Monitor office operations.
- Achieving targets.
- Coordinate in-house and external events.
- Prepare Weekly &Monthly, reports.
- Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business.
Skills Required:
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA.
- Should be able to speak the local language of the mentioned location (Kochi).
- Fresher’s/Experienced.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

6. Business Development Executive - Data Center
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and targeting key markets and customer segments within the datacenter and hosting industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities and insights for colocation and hosting services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly sales quotas for datacenter and hosting solutions.
- Maintain and expand the prospect database within your assigned territory.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery of customer environments and effectively convert leads into customers.
- Maintain subject matter knowledge of colocation and hosting product offerings.
- Ability to travel, as required, to meet potential clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in technology and networking solutions, specifically within the datacenter and hosting sectors.
- Background in BE (Bachelor of Engineering) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts related to datacenter and hosting services.
