Aabasoft Infopark is hiring Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

REQUIREMENTS :

Any degree or diploma freshers (Considering candidates with backlogs too)

Good communication and convincing skills in Malayalam

Need to handle customer complaints or queries through telephone

Energetic, smart and willing to learn new things Have basic knowledge about telephone etiquitte

Willing to work for 9 hrs shift

Immediate Joiners Preferred

No of vacancies : 40

Shift time : 7 AM to 4 PM, 8 AM to 5 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, 12 PM to 9 PM, 1 PM to 10 PM, 3 PM to 12 AM
