REQUIREMENTS

. Graduates Preferred (Freshers)

. Good Communication Skills in Malayalam

. Good convincing skills

. Able to handle customer queries through phone calls

. Can join immediately

. Smart & Target oriented

. Flexible to work in any shifts

. Basic knowledge in telephone etiquette

. Communication skills in Tamil/Telugu/ Hindi/Kannada would be an added advantage

                                   Flexible to work in shifts 

Time : 6 AM - 3 PM 

9 AM - 6 PM 

12 PM - 9 PM

1 PM - 10 PM

3 PM - 12 AM

Qualification : Any Degree / Diploma graduates (Considering candidates with backlogs too)
