Job Description:

A Reputed University in Uganda is hiring Dean – Faculty of Graduate Studies & Research

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Qualification: PhD in Business Management or Information Technology

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Around 40 – 50 years
• Must have successfully supervised at least 4 PhD scholars
• Strong experience in research leadership, postgraduate supervision, and academic administration will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and strengthen postgraduate research programmes
• Promote high-quality research output within the faculty
• Guide and supervise doctoral scholars
• Support academic development and research initiatives in the Faculty of Graduate Studies & Research
