Any Degree, Any PG

Skills required: Good Communication Skills, Basic technical skills

Job Description:

• Provide help to customers with products & any technical troubleshooting
• Respond to customers via phone, chat & email
• Assist Customers with product renewal & refund
• Be a proactive team player to improve team performance

CTC: 2.16 - 2.95 LPA

Eligibility:

• 2021 or 2022 passout
• Should be ready to work in night shift
• Willing to work from the office

Location: Kochi
