Job Description:

ODEPC recruits Caregivers to Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program

Job Position: Caregiver

Job Location: Japan

Qualifications:

For candidates who are fresher with no experience:

• Graduated with a healthcare diploma or degree (ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing).
• Willing to learn the Japanese language full-time for approximately 9 months to pass the SSW-related exams.

For candidates with experience:

• Certificate holders (General Duty Assistant/Geriatric Care) with a minimum of 6 months of working experience.
• Willing to learn the Japanese language full-time for approximately 9 months to pass the SSW-related exams.

Age limit: 20-27 years

English Requirement: Good

Gender: Female only

Training & Fees:

1. The candidates must undergo full-time paid Japanese language training for 9 months at an identified location.
2. Regular interaction with Japanese natives for better exposure.
3. The candidate must pass Japanese Language Exams and SSW Skill Exams as per the schedule.

Fees Applicable:

1. Japanese Language Training Fees: INR 90,000/- + GST (as applicable)
2. Exam Fees: Japanese Language & SSW Exam - on actual basis
3. Visa Fees
4. Medical Fees
5. Boarding & Lodging

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: JPY 1,70,000 to 2,20,000 (INR 92,000 to 1,20,000)
• Overtime: To be paid separately on an hourly basis. Some companies may include overtime as part of the salary for a fixed number of hours.
• Flight tickets: Paid by the Japanese company (In exceptional cases, if the client does not provide the flight ticket, the candidate may need to bear the cost).

Savings Potential:

• Candidates have the potential to save approximately INR 45,000/- to INR 60,000/- per month.

• Candidates are allowed to switch companies during their employment in Japan.
