Job Description:

A Reputed Firm is hiring Trainer - L & D

Industry: Food Manufacturing

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, employee engagement, or a similar role

Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Training and facilitation skills
• Employee engagement skills
• Knowledge of behavioural and interpersonal skills training
• Training content development
• Assessment and evaluation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees
• Conduct training on communication, teamwork, customer service, leadership, and workplace behaviour
• Identify employee training needs
• Prepare training materials, assessments, and presentations
• Conduct tests and collect feedback after training
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, and training reports
• Coordinate with HR and business teams for training activities
• Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Support employee learning and professional development

Location: Thrissur

Salary: 3.6 LPA (Negotiable)
