A Reputed Firm is hiring Sales Officer Trainee

Payroll: CIEL - Off-Role

Qualification: Any Graduation - BBA/B.Com/BCA (Minimum 70% throughout academics, No backlogs)

Experience: 0-1 Year (Fresh graduates & up to 1 year experience)

Gender: Male candidates only

Mandatory Requirements: Two-wheeler riding skills & Valid Driving License

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Field Sales & Business Development
• Good English and regional language communication skills
• Target-oriented and self-driven approach
• Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
• Positive attitude with a strong sales mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle field sales activities in the assigned region
• Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors
• Build and maintain dealer/distributor relationships
• Conduct regular market visits and identify sales opportunities
• Support channel partners in achieving sales targets
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure product visibility and market coverage
• Generate new business and contribute to sales growth

Salary/CTC: ₹6,00,000 LPA (No Variable Pay)

Location: Assigned based on the region hired

Travel: Willingness to travel anywhere within the assigned region
