A Reputed Firm is hiring Accounts Head cum Operations Manager

Gender: Male or Female Both Can Apply

Experience: 

• Minimum 8 to 10 yrs experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime

Skills:

• Good knowledge of taxation and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively

Preference: Experience in trading, retail or product-based company

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting, finance and operations activities
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, MIS reporting and documentation
• Manage taxation, audits and statutory compliance
• Optimize operational efficiency and process improvements
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance & operations team

Location: Palarivattom

Salary: Up to ₹1,50,000 per month
