A Reputed Firm is hiring Air Freight Coordinator

Gender: Male Candidate

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹35,000 CTC

Experience: 2 Years Must

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipment Coordination: Managing and Coordinating Shipping Logistics
• Rate & Airway Bill (AWB) Management: Obtaining Freight Rates and Sending Airway Bills for Execution
• Customs Handling: Sending Customs Checklists and Processing Them Once Returned
• Pre-Alerts & Tracking: Issuing Pre-Alerts, Managing Tracking, and Following Up on Shipments
• Documentation: Handling HBL/Airway Bill Surrender Processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Language Proficiency:

• Strong Fluency in Spoken and Written English
• Hesitant or Broken English Is Not Acceptable

Communication Skills:

• Excellent Email Communication Skills for Receiving, Responding to, and Managing Correspondence

Client & Airline Interaction:

• Ability to Communicate Effectively and Professionally with Airlines and Clients, Especially When Managing Operational Queries
