Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Vehicle Dispatch and Ensure Timely Deliveries
• Monitor and Manage Vehicle Maintenance Schedules
• Maintain Vehicle-Related Documents and Ensure All Paperwork is Up to Date
• Coordinate with Sales Executives to Plan and Track Deliveries
• Communicate with Customers Regarding Delivery Schedules and Updates
• Ensure Smooth Coordination Between Drivers, Sales Team, and Customers
• Maintain Accurate Dispatch Records and Reports
