Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling & Travel Support

• Handle Customer Inquiries Via Phone, Email & Social Media
• Understand Requirements and Suggest Suitable Tour Packages
• Provide Complete Travel Information and Assistance
• Support Customers From Inquiry to Completion of Travel

2. Tour Planning & Coordination

• Prepare Itineraries and Quotations
• Coordinate With Hotels, Transport Providers, Airlines & Travel Partners
• Manage Bookings, Confirmations & Travel Documents
• Ensure Smooth Coordination for Tours and Travel

3. Customer Service

• Maintain Good Relationships With Customers
• Handle Customer Concerns and Provide Timely Solutions
• Follow Up on Bookings and Travel Updates
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction Throughout the Travel Process

Skills:

• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Customer Handling and Coordination Skills
• Basic Knowledge of Travel and Tourism Industry
• Ability to Prepare Itineraries and Quotations
• Familiarity With MS Office Preferred
• Problem-solving and Time Management Skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Any Discipline
• Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism is an Added Advantage

Experience: Freshers and Candidates With Up to 2 Years of Experience Can Apply
