A Reputed Firm is hiring MICE Executive

Location: Kochi

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: Upto 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute MICE travel programs domestic and international
• Design itineraries for group travel conferences incentive tours and business events
• Coordinate with airlines hotels DMCs venues and transport providers
• Manage event logistics including accommodation transfers meals and on ground coordination
• Prepare costing quotations and proposals for corporate clients
• Handle group bookings ticketing and travel documentation
• Ensure smooth execution of events and provide on site support when required
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and vendors
• Conduct post event reporting and collect client feedback
• Drive sales and contribute to business growth

Skills:

• Strong sales coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client handling ability
• Ability to manage large groups and work under tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors and hotels
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint
