Location: Cochin

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in voice call monitoring and evaluation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of allocated calls
• Ensure accuracy in feedback, scoring, and documentation
• Ensure SOP adherence and script compliance
• Improve overall call quality scores
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct mock call evaluations during training
• Maintain repository of exemplary calls

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
