Location: Kochi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up To ₹40,000

Qualification: MBA (Marketing/HR Preferred)

Experience Required: 3-6 Years (SaaS/HR Software/B2B Services)

Role Overview:

• Manage Post-Sales Lifecycle Including Onboarding, Retention, Renewals & Growth
• Focus on Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and Reducing Churn

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Onboarding And Training Sessions
• Ensure Smooth Go-Live Within Timelines
• Monitor Product Adoption And Client Reviews
• Ensure SLA Compliance And Handle Escalations
• Drive Renewals And Reduce Churn

Requirements:

• Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills
• Analytical And Commercial Mindset
• Willingness To Travel
