Location: Ernakulam

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience: 1 - 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and annual service reports.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, internal departments, and customers.
• Handle multiple service requests and ensure timely reporting.
• Address customer queries, manage escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel, and SAP.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email systems, and cloud-based platforms.
• Basic understanding of service workflows and ticket handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
