Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and convert them into students by effectively positioning our edtech company's courses.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from the initial inquiry to course enrollment.

• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that align with and achieve company sales targets.

• Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, update CRM software, and provide regular feedback to the sales manager on progress.

• Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our service offerings to provide clients with accurate information and make the best-fit recommendations.
