A Reputed Firm is hiring Malayalam Customer Care Executive

Work Location: Chennai

Project: Malayalam Voice Process

Work Timing: General Shift

Role:

• Handling customer reminder calls.
• Managing incoming calls for query resolution.
• No sales, no targets, no pressure.

Requirements:

• Excellent Malayalam communication skills (mandatory).
• Minimum educational qualification: Plus Two/Any Degree/Diploma (Backlogs accepted).
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Male and female candidates can apply.
• Willingness to relocate to Chennai.

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹14,000/- per month take-home plus incentives.
• Experienced: Decent hike and incentives based on current salary.

Accommodation Support: Provided.
