Job Overview:

We seek a dedicated AI/ML Software Engineer to join our Product and Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of software development expertise and deep knowledge of AI/ML. This role requires a hands-on approach to designing, coding and integrating AI/ML models into our product suite while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Job Description:

• Design and develop state-of-the-art AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Architect and implement robust software solutions tailored for our products.
• Integrate AI/ML models into the product suite and production environments.
• Rigorously test the integrated products for accuracy, scalability, and performance metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of codebase, algorithms, and research methodologies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in collaborative efforts with the R&D team to stay abreast of AI/ML advancements.
• Spearheaded the product's design, coding, testing, and optimization.
• Oversee database management, ensuring queries are optimized for maximum scalability.
• Do the training, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes of ML models.
• Produce detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Exhibit a customer-centric approach, taking on customer responsibilities when required.
• Adhere to strict timelines, ensuring customer assignments are completed as per deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Tech/BE in Computer Science with an 85% or above score.
• [0-2] years of experience in software development, particularly in Python and Java.
• [0-2] years of hands-on experience/deep understanding in AI/ML, with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
• In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexities.
• Proficient in database design, optimization, and crafting efficient queries.
• Strong proficiency in mathematics and statistics, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
• Comprehensive understanding of neural networks, statistical models, and AI paradigms.
• Practical experience and in-depth knowledge in domains like NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
