Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Job Overview:

We seek a versatile Full-Stack Engineer with a flair for Graphic Design and UI/UX. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical prowess in software development and an artistic touch in design. This role requires a holistic approach to product development, from backend logic to front-end aesthetics.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, test, fix, and maintain our product's frontend and backend components.
• Create visually appealing user interfaces that are user-friendly and align with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the product manager to transform user requirements into intuitive UI designs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Implement responsive web designs that function seamlessly across devices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in full-stack development, ensuring seamless front and back-end components integration.
• Lead the design process, from conceptualization to final execution.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code.
• Ensure graphic designs are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Test and validate designs and functionalities across various platforms.
• Provide technical and design support to the team as needed.
• Produce detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Exhibit a customer-centric approach, taking on customer responsibilities when required.
• Adhere to strict timelines, ensuring customer assignments are completed as per deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• BTech/BE in Computer Science with 85% or above score.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies(Bootstrap), MVC Frameworks (Angular), and backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, and Go Lang).
• Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in software similar to Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Very good in database technologies such as MySQL or Cassandra.
• Strong problem-solving debugging skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
