Job Description:
A Reputed Firm is hiring Lead Generation Executive
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify new markets, create leads and create a pipeline
• Should have presales experience in BPO is preferable
• Should be able to scan the markets for need, identify clients, decision makers
• Create pipeline along with contacts
• Set up an exploratory meeting and then hand it to the BD person
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives, and working on the proposals
• Take feedback and do active after-sales support
Requirements and skills :
• Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience as a Presales/Lead generation executive in international sales process – preferably B2B sales and should have managed US/African/UAE market
• Proven sales track record (number of sales and businesses that have been won)
• Experience in client support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in English as per international standards
• Market knowledge – specifically about BPO business
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Should be good at social media campaign – Generating enquiry from LinkedIn and from any other social media
