Responsibilities of a CRM Manager:

Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns

Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns

Partnering with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives

Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy

 

Key Requirements:

Need a Master degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Need a solid prior experience in a similar role.

Need an analytical, data-driven and well-versed with Excel.

Need a detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.

Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments .
