Location: Infopark, Kochi

No of Vacancies: 20+

Shift: US/Night Shift

Schedule: Night shift | 5 working days

Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls
• Provide customer support with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain service quality standards and resolve customer queries
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance metrics
• Adapt to rotational schedules and maintain process compliance

Skills: Strong command of English

Transport: Company-provided pick-up & drop

Compensation: 17,000/- in hand + Bonuses upto 5,000/-
