Job Description:

A Reputed Firm is hiring Technical Support Engineer

Location: Ernakulam

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in waterproofing works

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Industry: Waterproofing Chemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support

• Provide technical guidance to site engineers on waterproofing methods and materials
• Assist clients with technical queries and solution recommendations
• Conduct site inspections to assess waterproofing requirements

2. Project Management

• Plan and coordinate waterproofing project activities
• Supervise labor teams and ensure safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material availability

3. Documentation & Commercial Tasks

• Prepare quotations based on project scope and material costs
• Issue work orders with clear timelines and scope of work
• Maintain site reports and project documentation

4. Quality Control

• Ensure waterproofing works meet company standards and client specifications
• Conduct quality checks on completed work

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
