A Reputed Firm is hiring Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: Thrikkakara

Experience: Previous Experience in NBFC with 3 to 4 years in Managerial Role

Qualification: CA/MBA/Post Graduation in Finance

Skills: Proficiency in NBFC loan software & excellent Excel skills

Language expertise: 

• English & Malayalam
• Speaking Tamil is an added advantage

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making and ensure financial stability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines and other financial regulations applicable to NBFCs.
• Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize returns while maintaining liquidity needs of the company.
• Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives to support growth and profitability.
• Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, including statutory audits and tax audits, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor finance teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.

Salary:

• Salary negotiable for the right candidates
