A Reputed Company is Hiring  Process Associate

Requirement:
FRESHERS (2022 / 2021 pass out batches) for its client’s operations in Bangalore.  

Selected students will be on-boarded post the interview process. Only those who can join immediately need to apply.

Qualifications:
BBM, BBA, BA, , B.Com,  graduates  with 50% aggregate and no active backlogs.(till results declared for 2022 pass outs )

MBA, M.Com and Post Graduates, BE, B.Tech, M.Sc, BCA, BSc IT etc. (Prior to 2021 pass outs are alone eligible, current final years not allowed)  -   Marks should be less than 60% and no active backlogs. 

Note : Candidates need to have the marksheets of 10th,12th, UG / PG degree (till results declared).* Students will be offered only if they clear the documentation process. 

Primary Responsibilities
•    Work profile would be for Insurance/Finance related process.
•    All processes are non-voice and back-end operations
•    Employee will be interacting only with clients and not customers.
•    Working on web-based applications
•    Viewing and capturing details on system
•    Using computers and internet extensively
•    Provide excellent customer service to clients
•    Are good team players, independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self- motivated and able to adapt in new challenges
•    Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA 
•    Viewing and capturing details on system

Skills and Competencies
•    Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate.
•    Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
•    Proficiency in tools such as MS Word and Excel.
•    Basic knowledge in insurance or finance
•    Willingness to work in rotational shifts 

Other Terms
✓ Candidate should be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
✓ Training (2 months) : Work from office – Mandatory. 
✓ Post Training : Hybrid 

Selection Process
SPS Academy will conduct the preliminary assessment for this hiring. 
✓ Pre-placement Orientation (Online) : SPS Academy 
✓ A crash course on the interview rounds and required skillsets: SPS Academy (A 4-hour online training will be given to interested students based on the performance of pre assessment test)

✓ Online Assessment – Client 
✓ HR interview – Client 
✓ Operations Interview – Client
