1) Assistant Store Manager

• Age: 25-35
• Educational Qualification: MBA/Bachelor’s Degree
• Responsibilities: Oversee store operations, manage staff, ensure high customer satisfaction and implement strategies for sales growth.

2) Supervisors - Non-Food

• Age: 25-35
• Educational Qualification: Graduation & above
• Responsibilities: Supervise non-food departments, manage stock, assist with training, and maintain store standards.

3) Receiver

• Age: 25-40
• Educational Qualification: Graduation & above
• Responsibilities: Receive & inspect merchandise, ensure accurate inventory records, and manage stock placement.

4) Pickers

• Age: 21-26
• Educational Qualification: Plus Two or Above
• Responsibilities: Pick products as per customer orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

5) Sales Associates

• Age: 21-26
• Educational Qualification: Plus Two or Above
• Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service, maintain product displays & assist in the sales process.

6) Store Buyer

• Age: 28-32
• Educational Qualification: Graduation & above
• Responsibilities: Purchase & source products to maintain store inventory levels and meet customer demand.

7) Supervisor Fresh

• Age: 28-32
• Educational Qualification: MBA/Bachelor’s Degree
• Responsibilities: Supervise fresh food departments, ensure product quality and freshness, and manage staff effectively.

8) Supervisor Confectionery & Roastery

• Age: 25-35
• Educational Qualification: Graduation & above
• Responsibilities: Oversee the confectionery and roastery sections, ensuring quality products, customer satisfaction, and optimal stock levels.

9) Store Accountant

• Age: 22-28
• Educational Qualification: B.Com & above
• Responsibilities: Manage store finances, handle daily cash flow, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.

10) Team Leader - Fresh Food

• Age: 25-35
• Educational Qualification: Plus Two or Above
• Responsibilities: Lead the fresh food department, oversee operations, and ensure excellent customer service.

11) Checker

• Age: 21-26
• Educational Qualification: Plus Two or Above
• Responsibilities: Check product prices, ensure inventory accuracy, and assist in stock management.

12) Cashier

• Age: 25-28
• Educational Qualification: Graduation & above
• Responsibilities: Handle transactions, manage cash register, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.

13) Biller

• Age: 25-28
• Educational Qualification: Graduation & above

14) Loading & Unloading

• Educational Qualification: Plus Two
• Responsibilities: Load & unload merchandise, maintain stock organization, and assist with inventory management.

15) Team Leader - Confectionery & Roastery

• Responsibilities: Lead & manage the confectionery and roastery departments, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.

16) Delivery Boy
