Job Position: Warehouse Associates

Salary Breakdown (long-term hiring):

1. Basic Salary: 1500 SAR
2. Food Allowance: 300 SAR
3. Air Ticket: 92 SAR

Duty Hours: 9 Hours

Essential Requirements:

• SSLC Passed
• Age: 18-40 years
• Proficiency to understand basic English
• Basic computer skills (able to use keyboard, mouse, close and open Windows, etc.)

About the Role:

• This role involves physical activity as you'll be picking, packing, and dispatching packages to facilitate efficient order delivery.
• You'll work in a fast-paced environment alongside a diverse group of people.
• Opportunities for learning new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Use smartphone apps and scanners to sort, scan, and prepare products for delivery.
• Exchange safety tips daily with co-workers.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport packages.
• Load and unload truck deliveries.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift packages weighing up to 22 kg.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during 9/10-hour shifts.
• Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move large quantities of merchandise.
• Navigate stairs.

Working Conditions Inside the Warehouse:

• Safety measures include wearing a safety vest and daily stretching exercises.
• Work around and use moving machines such as pickers, forklifts, and mobile carts.
• Shifts may involve standing in one place for long periods and walking long distances.
• Temperature inside the warehouse may vary between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius, occasionally exceeding 38 degrees in the yard.
• Hearing protection provided if needed.
• Relaxed dress code with mandatory safety dress code requirements.
• Weekly offs and public holidays to be attended with no conflicts with country labor laws.
