Job Description:

Face Prep is hiring Associate Trainer.

As an Associate Trainer you will:

· Be in a versatile role which encompasses training delivery, content creation, product development and eventually be an expert in the Placement domain.

· Get trained and deliver expert classes in various topics that you have successfully added to your teaching portfolio

· Help improve the content in existing technology modules and create new ones.

Desired skill set:

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills

· Strong knowledge in foundational basics of Programming Languages & Aptitude

· Higher problem-solving skills

· Ability to learn

· Passion for teaching

· Willingness and ability to travel and Relocate

 

For MTech:

Eligible Streams: M.Tech ( Allstreams)

Eligibility Criteria: Percentile /CGPA above 60 in all three milestones (UG, Class 12, and Class 10)

Compensation offered: 4 LPA CTC

1. Rs.3.50 LPA fixed

2. Rs.25K joining bonus upon FT conversion

3. Rs.25K retention bonus (paid after 1 year completion)

Finer Points:

· Probation until course completion with stipend of Rs.12,000

· Two-year service agreement from the date of start of probation.

· Rigorous pre-joining learning

Compensation offered: 3.06 LPA CTC (2.52 LPA Fixed + 0.36 Variable & 18k WFH Allowance).

· Probation until course completion with stipend of Rs.8K (fixed) + Rs.2K (Variable) + Rs.1.5K (other allowances) + Rent allowance

· Two-yearservice agreement from the date ofstart of probation.
