Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Any Discipline
• Travel & Tourism Background is an Added Advantage

Role:

• Handle Visa Processing, Documentation, and Customer Support
• Ensure Smooth Visa Application Assistance

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle End-to-End Visa Processing and Documentation
• Guide Customers on Visa Requirements and Collect Documents
• Prepare and Submit Visa Applications Accurately and on Time
• Follow Up on Application Status and Updates
• Respond to Customer Inquiries Via Phone, Email, and Social Media
• Coordinate With Embassies, Consulates, and Travel Partners
• Maintain Records, Update Zoho CRM, and Ensure Data Accuracy

Skills:

• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Attention to Detail & Documentation Handling
• Basic Knowledge of Visa Procedures
• Ability to Coordinate With Customers & Agencies
• MS Office & Zoho CRM Preferred
• Time Management & Problem-solving Skills
