Job Positions:

1. Implementation Executive

Experience: 1 to 2 years of work Experience as Implementation Executive for HRMS or ERP Products.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather client requirements and configure the software.
2. Set up workflows and customize modules.
3. Train users and provide ongoing support.
4. Coordinate with tech teams for custom needs.
5. Maintain implementation reports and documentation.

2. Junior Software Tester

Experience: 6 Months to 1 year work experience or 3 Months Testing Training Experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather client requirements and configure the software.
2. Set up workflows and customize modules.
3. Train users and provide ongoing support.
4. Coordinate with tech teams for custom needs.
5. Maintain implementation reports and documentation.

Additional Requirements For Both Roles:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
