A Reputed Firm is hiring Business Development Executive

Work Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Work Type: Office-Based

Reporting To: Team Lead - Sales

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Compensation: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 Take Home + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound sales calls and online meetings to engage prospective clients targeting UAE business support services.

2. Handle & convert leads provided by the organization into business opportunities.

3. Promote key service areas, including:

• Company Formation (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
• Visa & PRO Services (Investor, Partner, Employment, Dependent, Golden Visas)
• Accounting & Bookkeeping (VAT compliance, audits, monthly reporting)
• Corporate Bank Account Opening
• Office Space Solutions (Physical and Virtual Offices with regulatory compliance)

4. Understand client requirements and propose suitable service packages.

5. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

6. Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

7. Participate in internal meetings, training programs, and performance reviews.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, outbound calling, or business development.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Hindi is a plus.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Basic knowledge of UAE business setup and related processes is desirable.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
