Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with departmental heads and the internal HR team to coordinate the recruitment process
   
• Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels and build a talent pipeline for future needs
   
• Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for the organization
   
• Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes and strategies
